About the Event

Registration is open for the SGLM & Walk with a Doc


Following the success of our first Walk with a Doc in Aug, we're excited to invite you to our monthly walk!  This walk is open to the public, with only 25 spots available.


What is Walk with a Doc? Walk with a Doc is a free, community walking program designed for anyone looking to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Led by a local healthcare provider, it’s open to people of all ages and fitness levels. Each walk includes a short health talk, a group walk at your own pace, and the chance to connect with others in your community.


Date: Sunday, Once a Month ( refer to the dates below)

Time: 7:00 – 8:00 am

Location: Singapore Botanic Gardens

Meeting Point: Tanglin Gate (next to Gleneagles Hospital), End Point: Tanglin Gate Nov 9, Dec 14, Jan 11, Feb 8, Mar 8


Getting There

🚇 MRT: Alight at Napier MRT (TE12), take Exit 1, then walk ~7–10 mins along Napier Road to Tanglin Gate.

🚌 Bus: Stop at Botanic Gdns Nassim Gate (Visitor Centre)—just 1 min from the gate.

🚖 Taxi / Ride-Hail: Drop off at Visitor Centre & NParks HQ (Tanglin Gate).

🚗 Driving: Use Visitor Centre Carpark A (Tanglin Gate).


What to Bring

👕 Attire: Comfortable gym or walking clothes

👟 Footwear: Supportive walking shoes or trainers

💧 Essentials: Reusable water bottle

🧢 Optional: Cap or sun protection

☁ Weather: In case of light rain—bring a poncho or light rain jacket.


What if it rains?

- Light drizzle: walk goes on!

- Heavy rain: the walk will be cancelled. You will be notified by Whatsapp by 6.15am
