About the Event

Chronic diseases require more than medication alone. They demand a sustainable, evidence-based framework, and for Singaporean healthcare professionals seeking to improve patient outcomes, implementing Lifestyle Medicine (LM) is the cornerstone.

This upcoming session is designed to provide you with the clinical applications for embedding LM, moving it from concept to concrete practice.

What You'll Learn

This talk, focused on the evidence-based application of LM, will explore strategies to integrate the six pillars of lifestyle medicine  across various clinical environments:

  • Diverse Models of Care: See examples and evidence of how LM is successfully delivered across primary, secondary, and tertiary care settings.

  • Implementation Science: Learn key principles to systematically embed LM, ensuring it becomes a routine, sustainable part of your practice.

  • Emerging Areas: We'll look at specific applications, including the potential of LM in areas like perioperative practice.

  • Enhancing Outcomes: Discover how a systems-based, interdisciplinary approach can significantly boost patient engagement and long-term health sustainability.

Join us to enhance your clinical framework and truly drive sustainable habit change.
