About the Event

This session is your guide to a transformative model of care that is reshaping clinical practice for the better.

  • Join us as we explore the compelling, evidence-based approach of Group Consultations.

  • We will share compelling data on how this model is being successfully implemented across various healthcare settings. Based on research, group medical visits are appreciated by patients as they provide more contact time with the healthcare provider

  • Discover how Group Consultations directly address healthcare’s quintuple aim: improving population health, enhancing the patient experience, reducing costs, boosting clinician well-being, and advancing health equity.

  • Learn how to implement a system that not only improves outcomes but also helps to reignite the joy and passion in clinical practice. Register Today! The full session recording will be available after the event as an exclusive benefit for SGLM members.
