Overview

The IBLM (International Board of Lifestyle Medicine) certification is the global standard for lifestyle medicine professionals. It certifies knowledge and competency in evidence-based lifestyle interventions to prevent, treat, and reverse chronic disease.

Step 1: Understand Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Criteria

  • Medical doctors (MBBS/MD) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

  • Other health professionals (e.g., dietitians, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, pharmacists) may qualify for the Diplomate or Associate pathway via ACLM.

Note for Singaporeans: IBLM recognizes international candidates who may not have a local board. Singapore does not yet have a dedicated IBLM board, but you can apply via the IBLM International Pathway.
