About the Speaker:

Chia Ming Tjong, MPH, RPh, BCPS, NBC-HWC, SBHS RWC
Ming Tjong is a registered pharmacist with a decade of hospital-based care experience and holds qualifications in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC, SBHS RWC).
He has an interest in supporting stressed-out professionals to navigate life challenges without compromising on their true potential. His experience comes from over 5 years of supporting people to quit smoking and he has volunteered to lead groups in the community to enhance well-being practices.
Passionate about behavioural health and social determinants, Ming Tjong is currently serving in the Executive Committee of the Singapore Society of Behavioural Health (SBHS) as the Events Lead.
